Made-to-order products
Every product is printed using the artwork, text, size, and product choices approved at checkout. Because it is made to your specification, a change-of-mind return may not be available. This does not limit rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we will arrange an appropriate reprint, replacement, price reduction, or refund where required.
Cancellation and delivery issues
Production starts automatically after successful payment. Ask for cancellation immediately; once production has started it may no longer be possible. For a lost shipment or a wrong delivery, send the order number and tracking details through the contact page.
