Orders and payment

The product, design preview, quantity, delivery details, price, taxes, shipping, and payment method shown at checkout form the order. Production begins only after payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced safely or lawfully.

Your artwork and acceptable use

You keep ownership of your artwork and grant Webylance and its fulfilment providers the limited permission needed to prepare, print, quality-check, and deliver the order. You confirm that you have the rights to use the artwork and that it is not unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.

Production, previews, and delivery

On-screen previews are a practical guide. Small differences in colour, placement, material, and scale can occur in physical production. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but tracking is provided when available. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
