Data we process

We process account and contact details, billing and delivery information, order history, uploaded artwork and design text, support messages, and limited technical and analytics data. Payment providers process card or wallet details; Webylance does not store full card numbers.

Why and where it is processed

We use this data to operate accounts and carts, take payment, produce and deliver orders, provide support, prevent misuse, meet accounting obligations, and understand site usage. WooCommerce, Printful, hosting providers, payment providers, and privacy-focused Umami analytics may process the minimum data needed for their role.

Retention, cookies, and your choices

Essential cookies keep the cart, language, login, and checkout working. Order and accounting records are retained as required for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, subject to records we must retain by law.
