From idea to first paid order

1. Pick one audience and one product promise.
2. Create the digital version first: PDF, cards, activity sheet, or QR page.
3. Decide fulfillment: instant download, in-house small batch, supplier print, or pre-order.
4. Get supplier quote if physical production is not available in-house.
5. Prepare product page: photos/mockup, delivery time, what is included, and refund limits.
6. Create QR companion page and test it on mobile.
7. Publish as draft/private first, then run one paid pilot order.
